Styro Epoxies
We've been busy making some boards out of new materials, being Styrofoam and Epoxy resin. We all know that styro and epoxy is not new but the foam and resin we are having a crack with is cutting edge. The Resin has been developed by John Gillis at CET who has also been working with the styro blank manufacturers to produce a more durable styrofoam. Judging by the results so far the boards that we have just made feel and look great, I guess the biggest test will be how well they go and hold up. DW
5'5 x 191/4 x 21/8 Stringerless CT Model
The 5'5 I made for myself weighs 1800grams which is really light, considering a lightweight PU board would come in around 2500+ grams.

Wasabi
Made myself a new shooter for better waves. We call this one the Wasabi!! Dimensions are 5'8 x 18 3/4 x 2 1/8. Art work is actually a tint in the resin, you can see the drips on the underside cut lap....looks kinda cool I think! DW

BW's got a new CT
The old boys been saying that he's a bit unfit at the moment and his board is a little hard to paddle. So I surprised him with a new CT 2 1/2 inches longer @ 6'0 1/2 X 20 X 2 3/8 which he really likes.
